Mediterranean Carob

Consumed throughout the Mediterranean basin, we know that the Greek Theophrastus reported that his compatriots called the carob, the Egyptian fig. Our partner, located in Spain, mainly focuses on the production of various organic products from carob pods. Dried and crushed at low temperature thus sublimating its flavor which recalls the taste of caramel, cinnamon or even that of coconut.
