The mauve color of this fruit from an Amazonian palm tree is due to the presence of anthocyanins, a natural pigment ranging from orange-red to purple-blue. It has always been appreciated by the local people.

Today acai arrives in our kitchens: sorbet, desserts, mueslis, milkshakes, pestas, sauces or sprinkled on a dish, like a spice.

PROPERTIES

The mauve color of this fruit from an Amazon palm tree is due to the presence of anthocyanin (385 mg / 100g). It has always been appreciated by local people, then in the 1980s by surfers looking for energetic and replenishing foods. Thus flourishing in the 2000s, the global consumption of acai grew, causing a veritable economic boom in the producing regions..

This freeze-dried acai is to our knowledge the purest and most concentrated on the market, the subtle flavor of fresh fruit preserved.

To find a natural raw pulp, dissolve 15 g of powder in 9 cl of water.
