Klamath Smoothie Bowl " Blue like you"

Klamath is a microalgae which grows in only one place in the world, in a lake called Klamath in Oregon. It contains 70% of proteins.

1/2 to 1 tsp a day in a smoothie, in water, compotes, nice creams.

Preparation : 5 minutes

Waiting time : 1 nuit

For 1 serve

STEP 1 : INGREDIENTS

    • 150 g of frozen banana
    • 130 g of almond milk
    • ½ of tsp. of mix « Bleu comme toi » Sol Semilla
    • ½ tsp of ginger powder
    • 1 tsp of agave syrup or yacon syrup (optionnal).
    • Toppings : blueberries, yogurt, coconut flakes, raw cocoa nibs Sol Semilla, Supertopping, Inka berries, baies de goji…
    • - de sirop de coco ou de sirop de yacon

STEP 2 : RECIPE

The day before, cut some ripe bananas and spread them on a tray and put them in freezer.

To make a smoothie bowl, take 150 g of banana slices, place them in a blender with the other ingredients, mix enought to obtain a onctuous cream by pouring a little bit of milk if needed.

Poor in a bowl & decorate with various toppings, eat right away before it melts :)

Variation : For a more thicker consistance, reduce milk & increase banana s (+/-200 g) for a last minute ice-cream.
