Strawberry tartlets with açai cream

For two tartlets (2 people).
STEP 1 : INGREDIENTS

For the pastry:
- - 3 tbsp buckwheat flour
- - 3 tbsp almond powder
- - 1 tbsp by tahini
- - 1 tbsp coconut sugar
- - 1 tbsp grated coconut
- - 3 tbsp vegetable milk (oats, rice, etc.)
- - 1 tbsp filtered water
For the cream:
- - 1 tbsp cashew nut cream (or homemade: 2 handfuls of cashew nuts soaked for 6 hours then drain and mix)
- - 1/2 to 1 banana
- - 2 tsp acai powder
STEP 2 : RECIPE
Start by heating your oven to 180°C.
Prepare the dough for the tart bases, mix the dry ingredients (flour, almond powder, coconut, add the tahini, water, vegetable milk and mix until you obtain a homogeneous paste.
Form a ball with the dough, then 2 and place on your baking sheet some parchment paper or on your baking mat (silicone baking sheets) two cookie cutters (you can coat the internal edges with oil. coco).
Mold your tart shells in the cookie cutters and leave to brown in the oven for about 20 minutes.
For the cream, mix your drained cashew nuts or the cashew cream (with almond or hazelnut puree it also works) with the sweetener of your choice (coconut syrup, agave, dates or yacon) with half a banana and the acai (sometimes only the sugar of the banana is enough for some people) .
To finish, place the cream in the pie bases and place your cut strawberries there, sprinkle with raw cocoa chips, acai powder or super topping .
