This is a classical & tasty recipe that is famous at sol semilla's.

STEP 1 : INGREDIENTS

- 3 cups of sunflower seeds
- 2 cups of pumpkin seeds
- 1/2 cup of sesame seeds
- 2 tablespoon of spirulina powder
- 2 tablespoon of tamari soy sauce
- 2 tablespoon of olive oil
- 2 pinches of peppers
- 1 teaspoon of filtered water
STEP 2 : RECIPE
Blend all the ingredients until you obtain a caviar texture
To make the mix smoother, you can leave the sunflower seeds to soak for 5h before mixing them with the other ingredients.
Keep in the fridge in a closed box up to 5 days.
