Cat's claw is also appreciated as a supplement, preferably by period of 21 days during trials due to seasonal changes.

Cat's Claw also helps to keep joints flexible.

USAGE

Recommended daily dose: 1 measuring spoon * per day (+/- 1 g).
(*) Make your dosage with the spoon provided in this sachet.

Take a measuring spoon of cat's claw each morning, diluted in a little water, herbal tea or fruit juice. Mixed with all hot or cold liquids.

CAUTIONS

Warning: as a precaution, cat's claw is not recommended for people who have had an organ or skin transplant, for pregnant and breastfeeding women.
