USAGE
Chlorella is not for everyone. Its detox effect is real, rare cases of intolerance have been identified.
PRECAUTIONS FOR USE:
1g (1/2 tsp) to 2g (1 level tsp) per day for the antioxidant effect, up to 3g (1 rounded tsp) for the purifying and detoxifying effect. Diluted in a glass of water.
Get your body used to it, with 1/4 tsp (1/2 g) for the first 3 days. If no symptoms appear, increase the dose in steps of l / 4 cc (1/2 g) every 3 days without exceeding the maximum dose of 3 g per day (very rare cases of allergies have been observed).
Chlorella is not recommended for pregnant and breastfeeding women and children under 12 years old.
Food supplements should be used as part of a healthy lifestyle and not be consumed as a substitute for a varied and balanced diet. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Keep out of reach of children.
