Formation of the contract

Orders placed on the server engage the customer upon receipt by our customer service of the order and its payment.

Delivery

SOL Semilla undertakes to make every effort to deliver the order within the shortest time, and this upon receipt of the order form. Delivery times indicated on the order form are only indicative and possible delays do not give the right to the buyer to cancel the sale, to refuse the goods or to claim damages. It is up to the customer to recover his package in case a notice of passage would be left by the carrier.

Any claim for nonconformity or missing the, must be transmitted within one week from the date of receipt of the order. SOL Semilla is released from its delivery obligation for any fortuitous event or force majeure. As an indication, total or partial strikes, floods, fires are cases of force majeure. The transfer of ownership of products delivered or to be delivered is suspended until full payment of the price by the customer, without affecting the transfer of risks.

Price
SOL Semilla may change its rates at any time. The customer agrees to pay the selling price in effect at the time of entering the order. The payment of the order is payable in advance in one payment when sending Plantes Etoiles purchase order, except payment in cash on delivery.

Right to retract
Under Article L121-16 of the Consumer Code, the customer has a period of seven days from the delivery of his order to return products to Plantes Etoiles for exchange or refund, without having to justify reasons or to pay penalties, except for the cost of return of the product (shipping costs) which remain at your expense.

Return goods

Before returning, call us at: +33 (0) 1 48 57 15 23. The product must arrive in its original packaging, postage paid.

Protection of personal data

All the data you entrust to us are so that we can process your orders. Under Law No. 78-17 of 6 January 1978 relating to data, files and freedoms, you have access to the customer service of Plantes Etoiles a right of access, consultation, modification, rectification and deletion of the data that you have communicated to us.

Disputes

Any order placed carries the customer's adherence, without any restriction, to SOL Semilla's General Terms and Conditions of Sale. Any difference relating to the sale (price, GSC, product ...) will be subject to French law before the Commercial Court of Paris.

As of 09/01/2016 Regulation (EU) No. 524/2013 on the "Online Dispute Resolution" comes into force. This regulation, called Online Dispute Resolution (ODR), aims to introduce an independent, impartial, transparent, effective, timely and fair extrajudicial procedure for the settlement of disputes arising from the online sale of goods or services between different EU countries.
