PROPERTIES
This guarana powder is obtained from fresh seeds sun-dried at a low temperature, which preserves as much as possible the colour, the flavour and the aroma of the fruit, and keep the same level of nutritional value than the powder. Strong energizing for physical and intellectual capacities, guarana is an ally to be used in specific occasions in life: busy days, exams, jetlag, hikes, performances, parties.
USAGE
Dilute 1 to 3 grams of guarana powder or 1/3 to 1 tsp (depending on your sensitivity) in a hot or cold drink.
In general, guarana is consumed occasionally (travel, party, hikes, jet lag, sleep, intellectual effort...).
Well balanced, it is the richest plant in caffeine: to enjoy and consume in moderation!

Ça fait pas mal de temps que je consomme ce guarana tous les jours,, ne supportant pas le café ,, et franchement j'en suis très satisfait ,, la qualité est irréprochable comparer a d'autre guarana ou le ressenti était assez décevant,, du coup je reste fidèle à solsemilla ,,, pour la qualité de leurs produit et de leurs sympathie
