PROPERTIES
The Klamath acts both mentally and physically thanks to the Vit. B1 and B12 which help keep the nervous system healthy.
It contributes to the normal functioning of the immune system thanks to its richness in vitamins A, B9, B12 and E.
It has a beneficial effect for the eyes: Vit. A contributes to the maintenance of normal vision, Vit. B9 protects the eyes.
It also has a beneficial effect on the cardiac system thanks to its richness in Vit. B1 (normal heart function), in Vit. E and K (help maintain a healthy heart).
USAGE
Dilute 2 g or 1 tsp in water, flavored or not (fresh herbs, cardamom, citrus zest).
