Description

PROPERTIES

Rich in potassium, Calcium, Phosphorus, it is also a source of Magnesium and Zinc.

Calcium, Phosphorus and Magnesium contribute to normal muscle function.

Zinc contributes to normal fertility and reproduction as well as to the maintenance of a normal level of testosterone in the blood.

Warning: Potassium is not recommended for the elderly or people with nephropathy.

USAGE

Maca goes equally well with sweet, savory, hot or cold, as a dish or as a drink: 1.5 g or 3/4 tsp per plate or per cup.
