We import a rare native botanical variety of organic raw cacao beans called "Criollo". The quality of these beans is unique (not easy to find) and harvested, fermented and sundried respecting the ancestral ways.
Why Raw ? Beacause they have been slow-dired under 40°C to ensure the nutrients and the aromas to remain as close as how we find
it in the wilderness.
Use this raw paste to raw-bake, to make homemade raw chocolates or spread or a delicious vegan chocolate syrup !
