Cacao : Organic raw powder 250g

Our powder is made out of a rare native botanical variety of organic raw cacao beans called "Criollo". The quality of these beans is unique (not easy to find) and harvested, fermented and sundried respecting the ancestral ways.

Why Raw? Beacause they have been slow-dired under 45°C to ensure the nutrients and the aromas to remain as close as how we find it in the wilderness.

Our Peruvian partner developped a transformation process that doesn't overtake 45°C maintaining the precious cacao powder nutrients. This powder is among of the few powders of really being raw.


This powder is obtained thanks to raw criollo cacao beans which represents today close to 1% of the world prodcution. This chocolate industry often uses hydrid cacao varieties more profitable than native ecotypes.

Raw cacao powder can be used in diverse recipes either in savoury dishes, sweet desserts and pastries - cold/hot beverages.
