PROPERTIES
Our hemp seeds are grown in France, shelled and packed in the South West.
Shelling releases 2 small white almonds and a green sprout with a delicate taste of hazelnuts or pine nuts.
It is a real superfood from our regions that is full of benefits for our health (minerals, vitamins, amino acids, omega...).
Source of Copper, rich in Manganese and Vitamin E which contribute to the protection of cells against oxidative stress, hemp seeds have antioxidant properties.
Hemp seeds are also a source of Magnesium (which helps reduce fatigue) and vitamin B1 which contribute to the normal functioning of the nervous system.
Copper also contributes to the normal functioning of the immune system.
USAGE
A rounded tablespoon (+/- 15 g) to sprinkle or mix with your savory dishes (salads, soups, vegetables, spreads, ...) or sweet dishes (smoothies, yogurts, bowls, compotes,... ).
CONSERVATION
After opening, close the bag tightly and store your shelled hemp seeds in a cool place away from light. In the fridge would be ideal.
