These little red seeds are full of bixin (13,058 mg / kg), a molecule close to beta-carotene. It is a colorful pigment rich in nutrients which gives an orange color to your food preparations (macerates, drinks, dishes, desserts).

USAGE
Pour 1/2 tbsp of seeds in 1/2 liter of water, let soak overnight and drink during the day (for optimal absorption add a few drops of olive oil). Add as desired: mint leaves, citrus juice and zest or acerola. (to be consumed during the day).
Good synergy with: acerola, cocoa, vegetable oil (for the assimilation of nutrients).
Despite careful sorting by traditional hand, small branches may remain in the bag.

To season the dishes, macerate 1 tbsp of seeds in ½ liter of olive oil.
For a coulis, 1 tbsp for 250 ml of yacon syrup. (can be kept for several months).
