Unlike some "natural" sweeteners that have gone through many processing steps, the manufacturing process for this powder is among the simplest possible: fresh roots are selected, cleaned, peeled and sliced before being dried. , then crushed and sieved before packaging.

No other ingredient is used in its manufacture!


You can use yacon powder to bring subtle flavors to your morning preparations, your yoghurts and desserts (fruit salad, compotes, cakes...), your hot and cold drinks...
