FORMATION OF CONTRACT
Orders placed on the server engage the customer upon receipt by our customer service of the order and its payment.
DELIVERY
SOL Semilla undertakes to make every effort to deliver the order as soon as possible, upon receipt of the order form. The delivery times indicated on the order form are given for information only and any delays do not entitle the buyer to cancel the sale, refuse the goods or claim damages. It is up to the customer to recover his package in the event that a transit advice note is left for him by the carrier.
Any complaint for non-conformity or lack of, must be transmitted within one week following the date of receipt of the order. SOL Semilla is released from its obligation to deliver for any fortuitous event or force majeure. As an indication, total or partial strikes, floods, fires are cases of force majeure. The transfer of ownership of the products delivered or to be delivered is suspended until full payment of the price by the customer, without affecting the transfer of risk.

PRICE
SOL Semilla may change its rates at any time. The customer agrees to pay the sale price in force at the time of entering the order. The payment of the order is payable in advance in one installment when sending Sol Semilla the order form, with the exception of cash on delivery payment.
RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
Under article L121-16 of the Consumer Code, the customer has a period of fourteen clear days from the delivery of his order to return the products to Sol Semilla for exchange or refund, without having to justify reasons or pay penalties, except for the cost of returning the product (shipping costs) which remain your responsibility.
