Over 4000 years ago, the inhabitants of the high mountains of Peru already consumed a root called Maca which gave them strength and energy. Today, this superfood fits well in our kitchen.
Our maca is grown and dried in the sun in its land of origin, Junin and Cerro de Pasco (3,950 to 4,400 meters) by a group of local producers. It is a food that helps maintain optimal vitality, provides physical and mental well-being, helps stimulate intellectual activity and strengthen memory.
For a minute soup, dilute a teaspoon (+/- 5 g) in a cup of hot water.
In the kitchen, our broth is sprinkled on cereals, vegetables, legumes.
Diluted in oil, you get a simple, quick and delicious sauce on your salads and raw vegetables.
