Already use in Ancient Mexico for its restorative qualities over the skin (moisturizing and protecting) our butter is extracted from the raw cacao Licor thanks to a unique low temperature process (less than 45°C).
En cuisine, comparativement à la plupart des huiles et matières grasses, le beurre de cacao présente l’avantage de rester stable. 
 Cacao butter contains fat that is stable at high temperature without suffering heat.

Cooking : simply grated over dishes, in dessert or used for stir frying your food.
