Dahl au bouillon "Racines d'or" à la Maca

The "Golden root" brothis a mix of vegan broth (glutamate & yeast free, low in salt), spices (turmeric) & superfoods (maca)....
1/2 to 1 tsp a day in hot water, soup, ramen, risotto, poured on rice, potatoes, over salads, in a oliv oil!
STEP 1 : INGREDIENTS

- 160 g de lentils
- 400 g of pumpink
- 1 oinion
- 2 garlic
- 1 tblsp of olive or coconut oil
- 350 ml of coconut milk
- 1 tbsp ofol Semilla « Golden roots » maca, nopal & turmeric
- Optionnal : Fresh coriander
STEP 2 : RECIPE
If you like, let the lentils to soak in fresh water 1 or 2 hours before, rinse and drain.
Clean the pumpkin and take 400 g of flesh, cut htem into cubes of 1,5 cm (it is useless to remove the skin)

Heat oil in a cocotte or a big pan, let the garlic and oinions get golden during 3 minutes, and add the pumpkin cubes, let it cook for 5 min while stiring.
Pour lentils, coconut milk, and broth with 300 ml of water. Stir and let it simmer, cover and let it cook for 20-30 minutes at low heat until the pumpkin becomes tender.
Serve with rice and a little coconut milk over, fresh coriander...
